Easy Coloring Pages For Kids (Princess Realm Coloring Book Free PDFs)

Sometimes the best moments with my kids happen when we’re sitting around the table with crayons scattered everywhere. No screens, no rushing—just a pile of cute princess coloring pages and a lot of laughter.
The thing is, these aren’t just coloring sheets. They’re conversation starters. My kids always end up asking things like, “What would her castle look like if it floated in the clouds?” or “Do you think this princess has a pet dinosaur?” Before I know it, we’ve got a whole story going, and I’m coloring right alongside them.

Simple Ways to Spark Stories While Coloring
Want to turn those free printable princess coloring sheets into more than just quiet time? Here are a few tricks we use:
• Ask silly questions. “What’s her favorite snack?” (Answers in our house: marshmallows, spaghetti, and gummy worms.)
• Let them design the setting. Maybe she lives in a treehouse, or maybe her castle is actually a giant shoe.
• Create a cast of characters. Best friends, funny pets, or even a rival princess—they all make the story more fun.
• Act it out. Sometimes we grab dolls or stuffed animals and turn the finished page into a mini play.
It’s amazing how quickly coloring time turns into giggles and storytelling.

Handy Printing Tips
I’ve learned a few things after printing a LOT of these:
1 Print extra princess coloring pages—because one is never enough.
2 Regular paper works fine, but cardstock holds up better if your child is heavy-handed with markers.
3 Keep supplies within reach: crayons, markers, maybe even stickers or glitter pens for extra sparkle.
4 Save the pages. We hang some on the fridge, and the rest go into a binder we jokingly call the “Royal Archives.”

Why We Keep Coming Back to Them
Parents love them because they’re simple. Teachers love them because they fill that awkward “ten extra minutes” at the end of a lesson. And kids? They’re just thrilled to create a princess that’s totally their own. Some days the gowns are sparkly and pink, other days they’re neon orange with rainbow boots—and honestly, I love both versions.
If your little girl enjoyed these printables, she’ll love the rest of our Princess Coloring Pages with even more kawaii and fantasy themes.”
